刘惠君:女,1970年8月出生,九三学社社员,博士,教授,硕士生导师,注册环评工程师。国际环境毒理与化学学会(SETAC)会员,中国化学会会员,浙江省环境科学学会环境化学专业委员会委员,浙江省生态学会会员,杭州市第十二届人大代表,杭州市第十二届人大城乡建设环境保护委员会委员, 是污染生态及环境安全领域国际权威学术期刊J. Hazard.
